Remote Assistance

Book Busters Bookkeeping Service is now offering Remote Assistance to help save our clients time and money.

Remote Assistance is an easy-to-use software that connects our computer to your computer. It allows us to view your computer so that we can remotely help you with your bookkeeping needs. We are offering this service to answer simple questions that you may have about your bookeeping.

Requirements:

Windows 2000, XP, Vista

Installation

• Click the Download Software button below.
• Unzip the file.
• Double click on the file called BBBSRemote.exe and it will automatically open the program
• Select one of the five remote Support numbers in the white window
• Click Connect
• The connection will be accepted or rejected.

9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
